I can't seem to shift this come down what so ever. My body is crammed full of zinc, vitamin C and plenty of other goodness but it aint for moving.

Any other recomendations?

*hugs back* i dunno...um treat urself wiv summit gud to eat maybe...im jst having the worse day ever..woke up...basically called summit to an edn wiv sum1, then found outtwats on gc brd r up to their usual tricks, my mums being a witch and goin on about cancelling the net and i need to revise for my exams but i cant do it bad bad day
