smartftp is my recommendation, havent used flashfxp yet

i use dreamweaver MX , it has a built in FTP so you dont need to upload anything, your actually connected all the time and everytime u save something it does it automatically, pm if u want the crack for MX

Try Lycos.. they have php and Mysql support..
