I have been buying some of my cds at the local electronica record store. I ordered ISOS 3 by Tiesto from them. It took 4 weeks, and the spindle that holds the cd was shattered. I paid 5 dollars more for a broken piece of merchandise (cd is ok), and waited weeks more than i should have in the name of supporting my local store/scene.

Fuck that...who am I Ted Turner???

Yeah, Amazon is the best in my opinion, they're even cheaper than most record stores back home

CD what is that? i only buy Cdr's except for one or two very good cds

www.amoebamusic.com --- gr8! store (if you live in California) and website. One of the biggest inventories of music known to man. i went to the branch in hollywood last nite, and i came back with 8 new vinyls and a new cd. i just couldn't resist the temptation. it doesn't get any better than that.
www.towerrecords.com --- gr8! music selection. large electronic music inventory, along with many others.

they have a great selection and prices and shipping are not bad at all. Not to mention i got my 5 record shipment 3 days early

was looking after some threads about CD stores,
cuz as i realised there isn't much places you can find the newest tunes on CD.

I'm talking about CD-Singles.
Know there's just a little part thats getting a CD release, but even they are hard to find.
All stores mention in this thread are not typical CD stores, take Amazon for example, they have a few CD singles great assortment in albums and lots of other stuff thats have nothing to do with music.

so what I'm searching is a store like Only-djs.com, but with lots of CD-singles too.

you guys have place where I can find what I'm looking for?

also you could try ebay, ive brought a few cd's from people there, and i have had no problems at all (yet...)
