Confused Why can't I find songs with buildups that I like?

Hi guys,

Here is my problem. Maybe I am just plain weird , or I don't have the same "ear" for music as you guys do. I enjoy songs with amazing buildups, which build you up up up, then BOOM, it just explodes. Song's in MY MIND, which are like this are "Cosmic Gate-Exploration of Space"-"Yakooza-Cocaine (Derb Remix)"-"Thomas Troubles-Mysterious Skies (DJ Shah Club Mix)" and "Mike Koglin-Fortuna 2000" to name just a few.

I did the search thing, and I downloaded almost every song from this thread:http://www.tranceaddict.com/forums/...n&pagenumber=1.
I have also posted twice asking for songs similar to the ones I like, and d/led the songs you guys recommended. Out of ALL those songs, I only liked about 5 of them!

So what's wrong with me? Am I just plain weird, or are there more songs out their that you guys can recommend?

Thanks,
Emil

You're not weird Emil, well you might be , I donno. But what I am saying is that we all have our own tastes. However similar or diverse they may be. We have to, otherwise there'd be a LOT less flaming on the boards.
anyway- definitely try like
emul8or said , sasha- xpander

Emil, i had exactly the same problem, the record store person even told me i was the hardest customer to please because i wanted perfection in the records.

Check out stuff by Alphazone and you'll be amazed and how much these productions suit your needs.

I think you should search more for hardhouse/HardTrance tunes.
Check out Shockers cd's stuff. Or the ID&T Hardhouse Series
INFO

Or stuff from dj's like: Tom Harding, Yoji Biomehanika, JP
