how to render tracks individually in ACID PRO. help out

i'm trying to make a simple mix. i have everything laid out on the acid program and i just want to basically record them into WAV but not the whole clunk of the tracks. i want it individually. but how do i do that. how do i make the conversion just the length i want till i cut it. there is like a bar on the top but it's not doing it. i place it where i want to start and end but it still records the whole thing.

i was looking through the instruction booklet but no luck. i didn't see how it is done. please hlep me out here.
