y si no has registrado tu nombre, no te deja entrar el servidor.

/NS register
you should receive an email with a confirmation key;
after you confirm your registration,
reconnect to the server [webnet]
and type
/NS identify
with that, you will be registerend and identified; and able to join unmanaged channels.
there will be a permanent operator in the room..
