Okay... Bascially i have been hanging out with this "group" for the past 2 or so years. My friend has known this girl longer... and about 4months ago told me that he "likes her". THe thing is he has never told her yet or anything. Now, i like this girl also... and i have never told or showed her that. But 2 days ago, we were all drinking over my house... and when we were going to sleep, i slept next to her... and we started kissing and what not (didnt go much farther than that). Anyway, my friend woke up, and saw us doing this... and i think he looked kinda pisssed off. Now what the heck should i do? I really like this girl a lot, and from what i see i think she may like me also from her returning kisses? (Or was it just because she was drunk.....?) I really need to know what to say to the girl ya know? And also with my friend... im going to ask him if it pissed him off, and explain since he hasnt made a move yet i dont really see the problem and confront him and tell him i like her.... I've been really good friends with her for over 2 years now.. and like out of no where this happend! Its very odd... If anyone could give me some feedback on this, it would be very helpful. THank you!

I think it's a case of him being too slow to make a move. He said he liked her. But 4 months ago? That's too long. In my opinion it's up to him to accept what's happened. You shouldn't really have to say anything to the girl. But I suggest you talk it over with your mate... just tell him the truth.. say you thought it had be so long that you didn't think there was anything between him and her.

I would say this. Things like this will happen many times in your life. Happened in my friends group over a million times. But in the end you will see that a Real friend sticks with you no matter what. And trust me those are hard to find!!

So first see what this friend means to you and what this girl means to you. And never use drinking as an excuse, drunk ppl never lie!!

id stay away mate, i would talk to your friend and say i like her but i aint gonna go out with her unless you say thats its ok, coz as soon as he see you fucking her , he is gonna be pissed and there will always be something there, theres thousdands of ladiez out there .

Okay... so i talked to my bud. And he didnt even remember what happend... but i told him anyway, and he was glad i talked to him first and he said he doesnt even care..

But now the thing is, what should i say to this girl? i've talked to her a few times since it happend but that night hanst come up... How should i bring this up to her? I want to kind of "ask her out" and ask her how she feels about that night...

be up front and honest about it. it's worth a shot, anyway.

just ask her if she would like to go for a drink, or a meal, or the movies... all these venues imply date, then take it from there

Yeah this has happened to me a million times, both ways, I was too slow or my friends were too slow, most of the time you're pissed at each other for awhile, but everything usually works out in the end. But not always, I haven't talked to one of my "friends" for over 2 years over a girl, that has long since moved away...
