ive been lookin for this now for a year, heard it in a club a year ago and asked the what it was called he said Happy TV, But i think he was wrong, "this is HTVI happy TV international bringing happiness around the world 24 hours a day" and he goes on about finding a cure for cancer and the first african american president being ellected etc. Bangin Tune
