hmmmmmm. this is pretty textbook. you need to experiment more. i was also never a fan of these really hard kicks with the long decay. i like this tribal thing you have goin on, but you need to experiment more. this percussion is pretty standard stuff too. rising drum rolls and cymbal crashes...you obviously have the ability to sequence pretty well, and you have a good feel for the dance floor. keep workin

and i was listening to another track of yours "deny this place" just now. i like the way this kicks off, but definitely take the reverb off that kick drum. like the percussion...synths are sounding good so far. eh i'd make this synth smoother, try a whole buncha effects on it. this track would be pretty damn good if it werent for this grindy synth, and the reverb on the kick drum. you've got some good effects goin here, definitely. keep tweakin those synths and experimenting.

Hrmm... I really like the sort of wailing synth sounds you got going on in the later parts of the track especially... but as a whole I think everything sounds a bit hollow. I'd say it could use some good ambient polyphony in the background, and those bass hits could be a little less hammery and have more of a subtlety to em. The melody is pretty sound, though yeah a little generic... could use a wee bit of variation.
Overall man I think you can probably make something better out of what you have now =) I've listened to your other stuff, most of which I like... keep it up =D
Take care

yes, could use a better kick. I actually like that vocal. i like that fill at like 00:28. I think it could use a really fat deep bass underneath it. that would really make my day Some great effects in here! Nice work with those note bends. Man this track is so uplifting i think. i think you should level up the percussion some. it sounds realllly good, just kinda hard to hear. great job!

8/10
