well you won't be missing much, only 1/2 of cosmic gate will be there for a DJ Set.
Come out to RED to see DeepSky LIVE PA set and the Hotttttttttttt Miss Lisa(CD Release Tour), I can get you on a RED guest list. It is our last event at Arena.(Thank God, I really didn't like that venue)
ps. price would be only $10.00 but have to be there by 10pm. Cheers...
pss. Larson did you get my info on trip up North for PPK and "Orgy" at Sno-Drift with possibility of your radio show from San Fran??? Let me know!

Wait, just so I am clear, you mean ONLY the "Orgy" event at Sno-Drift, and not both it and PPK, right?

Last I heard, PPK was still playing at Cocomos ... and it makes no sense to me. It's a salsa club from all the info I can find (which isn't much by any means). Note that I am basing this off of a place called Cafe Cocomo as it's the only place in San Fran that I can find with "Cocomo" or "Cocomos" (or Cocomo's). OH DUDE, I fear the crowd that will be there that night....especially since it's a place that holds around a thousand people and considering not too many people out there know who PPK is....people are going to be blindsided.

Lastly, if you are in SoCal, why come all the way up here. PPK is also playing in Hollywood...

Dave I am assuming you are asking about the radio show right? well it's because I have no clue who the promoter is for Cocomos Lounge Event and it is on Friday night, Orgy is done by my friend Armann "the Brainchild" and it is on Saturday night which is the night that Larson does his show.
I know that PPK is playing at Q-Topia in Hollywood but 1. it not a great place as far as the vibe goes, rude security team, and it is 18+ which means no alcohol. from what I heard Cocomos Lounge/Cafe Cocomo is an upscale place and there might even be a dress code. 2. "Orgy" event with afterhours party at Shadow Lounge, everyone 21+ welcome to come. 3. Most likely I'll be playing at the afterhours party.
Dave I and a few others are planning afterhours party after PPK thing on Friday night if you are interested, email me at [email protected] and I'll keep you posted where it's going to be held at as soon as I have more info about it. This party will be with other REDsters and other DI members, you might have heard of DJ Dr. Suess, aka Alex and hopefully Larson can make it up north with me.

Cool deal. I just talked to a fellow workmate who knows Cafe Cocomos, and she said that it does indeed have a rather strict dress code. And I just saw this on their site...

DRESS CODE: CLASSY ATTIRE REQUIRED. DRESS CODE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
NO T-SHIRTS. NO JEANS. NO SPORTS CAPS OR ATHLETIC APPAREL ALLOWED

That makes me fear the crowd even more. Snob-fest...gar.

I'll see what I'm doing that weekend exactly and hit you up with an email soon if it looks like I'm in the clear. I might be moving that weekend, in which I couldn't really do much then
