hehe
sleep is for the weak
Absolutely top night, Sample Gee was outstanding as always, but Jace you were brilliant! Now that is how prog trance should be played
Respect to the AUTA Halcyon crew .. waX, s_madis, gilmista, jace the man, nixster, solstice, lethal, romp, crasherkid, spang, starsurfer, and anyone else that I missed
Awesome vibe around the place, absolute quality tunes, and mindblowing production! 10 lasers!!!!! OMFG! Sample Gee starting with Solar Coaster, and about two thousand balloons dropped from the ceiling
I'm just glad that the money we spend on going is being spent back on us, not going into someone's pocket
I'm gunna attempt a tracklisting for Sample Gee, simply because it was just massive uplifting PTM all the way!!
1. Solar Stone - Solarcoaster (Midway mix)
2. Elizabeth Fields - Speak in Sympathy (Original mix)
3. Aly & Fila - Eye of Horus (Ronski Speed mix)
and in no particular order:
Three Drives - Air Traffic
Sun Decade - I'm Alone (Ronski Speed mix)
4 Strings - Let It Rain (4 Strings Remix)
Above & Beyond - Far From In Love
Darren Tate vs Jono Grant - Shine (Jono's Vocal Mix)
Kid Vicious - Proceed
Gouryella - Ligaya
Human Evolution - Project Magenta (One Giant Leap mix)
Anyone else wanna help out??
respects from a very tired webmeister....

Copy and pasted from ITM
"Had the absolute time of my life, this was my first altitude(halcyon) and it definitely did not dissapoint, im going to pencil in the next one now!
would have to say that sample G took me by complete surprise, id never heard of this guy before but i was completely blown away. The man's set is seriously right next to Armin's @ Gas and PVD's @ gas earlier this year. As others mentioned the mixing was flawless and the trackselection was perfect. Loving how all the baloons were dropped when SolarCoaster was played, just perfect IMO!!. Would definitely pay to see this man wherever he goes!. Highlights of his set were definitely :
Sun Decade - Im Alone ( ronksi speed mix)
Gouryella - Ligaya (original mix?)
Neo And farina - Binary Refined
Solar Stone - SolarCoaster
Michael Woods - Solex
Rusch And murray - Epic ( im 90% sure this is the track im thinking of!?)
System F - Spaceman
Kid vicious - Proceed (accompanied by a central_smurf run down of the track! )
(and about 3 other tracks id never heard before, but once i get a hold of his tracklist i have to get them)
2ndly id like to say that i was fucking impressed by adam jace, i walked in a little late only to be greeted by the beautiful vocal to 3rd earth - i knew i was in for a good night!. Was really happy to hear a good prog set too cos i knew the rest of the night would be a little faster/uplifting and variety makes things more interesting!. Never heard James Holden - Nothing (93 returning mix) in a club before either, it sounds pretty amazing!. I think i also remember Kate Bush vs Infusion - running up that hill and Insigma - Open Our eyes (one of my all time fave tracks!). I am pretty annoyed about missing Dave Gahan - Dirty sticky floors tho, i knew i should have got there on the dot!!.
Was very impressed with his mixing and general track selection and am looking forward to seeing him play elsewhere!.
Unfortunately i only caught the last half of liquid M's/Diggs and morro's set due to some mates wanting to do some drinking at a pub around the corner, but the part that i did hear was very impressive. Some cool tunes to look out for in the future and definitely built me up for the massive tuneage Sample G cranked out!.
Lastly thanks to all the ITM'ers i met on the night!!!. Ran into Brock (can't remember his ITM nick) who was one of the nicest people i met all night, and introduced me to about 10 other ITM'ers!. Unfortunately i am absolutely terrible with remembering names/nicks (due to noise and poor memory) but it was great meeting : Central Smurf (emma?) , TrancEaddict ( the only dude there my age ), Legal affairs, Pinkhelmet , WaXology, Spang, Webmeister and Unscarred. Wanted to meet Muli to give him a hard time or something but left at about 4. Also met both the guys of Liquid M, Gadget, and diggs & morro who were very talkative and generally very nice people!.
Ahh i feel so satisfied!, Halcyon has definitely been my favourite event this year!!"
would also like to echo what webby sed about the AU.TA crew, great to see so many others out!!
