I' m a competitor in the trancEaddict Mp3 DJ Mix Competition III and I need to upload my mix. I have the fpt infos but I don't know how to upload it.

best thing i reckon is to ask the guy that owns the ftp, have you previously uploaded stuff to people? what's the port you're tryin to upload to? (if you've got a firewall, ports other than 21 are usually auto-blocked, dependant on how secure your firewall is).

ftp://username: password@ftpaddress

for example...
ftp://joeblow:[email protected]

(assuming port 21, otherwise I think put : port at the end)


edit: ok for some reason when i put a colon followed by a 'p' it turns into a smiley face, so i separated them above with a space, but when you type it in your browser you don't need spaces.
