I actually created a thread searching for this same type of "funky techno" (for lack of a better label) about a year ago, and I had a similar number of replies (read: 0).
Although I have yet to locate Bismark - Just a moment(clubby mix), when I heard Ricky Forbis - No Regular I instantly recognised that same infectious techno sound that is refreshingly different from a lot of the dark techno you would normally find prevelent in the genre. Anyway, the following are some kick ass tunes similar to those you mentioned that came from Armin's Live @ Club Eau, The Hague (18-03-00), which also happens to be the best live set ever IMO. Check it out, and if you find anything else that fits with these tracks, let me know.

I just got a hold of Bismark- Just a Moment (Clubby Mix), and I wanted to clarify that while the tunes I recommended are definately comparible w/the other track you mentioned, I wouldn't classify them with this one at all. Very different feel to it altogether. Interesting that you would group them actually. I think as far as suggesting some tunes similar to the above, it is pretty unremarkable IMO (I mean no disrespect of course...). Hard to compare it to other productions/mixes when nothing really sets it apart, but it could just be me.
Anyway, hopefully you still get a good listen out of that Armin set. It really is a great mix of trance and this "Funky Techno"...
