make a bunch of demo cds and get them out in the public. make sure it contains your best mixes. there should be no beatmatching problems and the eqs should be as close to perfect as you can get. this might not be easy but the harder you work on it the easier it will be to get recognized. after that just send them out to clubs and start making friends. its sad but it is probably easier to get into a club by knowing someone than by being a good dj. just keep at it and keep your hopes up. good luck.
