ok guys i need some help.....I have a plextor external CD writer that I use for burning my stuff. I have a few divx movies that I would like to burn to CDs. The problem is that these files are on average 750 MB, larger than what a 700 MB CD can hold. Is there anything I can do to compress the files maybe without loosing any clarity or quality of the movies? Is there a way to make the files smaller so that they can fit onto a CD? thanks... |
You can buy larger cd's (800MB last time I checked, which was about 12 months ago ), but they're apparently hard to find and your burner must support them.
Apart from that, try winRAR to RaR them up, or split the movie into two and burn them separately
AFAIK, overburn wont burn an extra 50MB, but hey, ive never tried that much, so yeah, could work
