The new series just debuted on MTV tonight, The animation is really well done, Its all done in CGI and it has sort of a cell shading type of look to it, almost like a living comic book, However, Whats really special about this series is the fact that John Digweed is doing all the music for it, Anyways, I would like to read all your reactions to this new series on this thread?

This is the first instance I ever wished I had MTV

mtv is gay. i completely lost faith in them when they took off beavis and butthead. they now just fucked up spider man by making it "hipper" for the g-doggy homeboys and dem bitches. btw, i thought that the animation was cheaply done, just my opinion.

i think it was great. its the first time that u got to see SpiderMan move in ways u knew he could, but never saw him do. The animation takes a bit to get used to, sorta Zelda: Winderwaker type thing: u used to it one way and then they do it another. loved the theme song too

Its awsome. Nice cgi, good action scenes, good dance music, what else can you ask for? Heh. I'll be watching these every week.

eh...i'm not so enthusiastic about it. i forced myself to watch it and regretted doing that. I got through 10 mins and shut it OFF.

man i watched it it was pretty damn stupid. everyone looks anarexic and a new person gains a superpower like every week. (at least I assume, i just watched one ep) then spiderman dances around him, making B-grade taunts, and webs him off a cliff or somethin and as he's fallin, of course he rescues his ass and everythings OK. Oh yeah in the middle of that throw in some crappy high school/college stereotypes and teen angst, and you pretty much get the picture.

Haven't seen it yet, but the commercial with Heaven Scent caught our attention the other night.
