task manager?

whoaa .... my task maanger is really messed up. i really have no idea how this happened - as i recall i haven't installed anything new that could've caused this.... take a look at the provided screenshot.

anyone know a sol'n to this?! yes, i've rebooted

you have nowt to worry about, the processes on there are all part of the windows xp operating system, and do such functions as decetition of new hardware, printint, networking (and the internet) and loads more, the fact the system idle process is at 98% means nowts using your cpu power, so all is ok

nonono you've misinterpreted my problem..
note that in the screenshot that the tabs (processes, networking, etc) are missing ... and the menus (file, view, help, etc) at the top are missing as well!

plus i can't seem to close the task manager by rightclicking on it in the taskbar (might be due to litestep tho) but since there isn't a titlebar, i have to close the taskmanager by using ALT+F4....

in that case just double click inbetween the show processes from all users tick box and the end process button
