Need criticism of new epic track

I realize that this sounds dissimilar to "real" trance, so feel free to let me know what I did wrong!

Also, apologies if my webhost is running slow. I need to have words with them. Angry words.

Well this is different!

I like your bass progression...its a 'feel good' one!

But there's times when it sounds like your piano rolls are out of key with the rest of the song... around the 1:14 mark and on...

This song has potential - keep it up!

Thanks! I'm trying to break away from tried-and-true sounds. I need to clean up the strings a lot, there's some dissonance that I like by itself, but doesn't fit with the track.

I'm also trying to rethink the bass at the beginning so it has a little more energy.

this track just doesn't sound right in my OP.

it's too babyish, meaning, sounds like a new year's tune for babies

and I don't see any build up in it, just straight flat.

don't beat me

SLAP! THUMP!! CRRRUUUNNCHHHH!

Seriously though, the middle section needs to be turned into a real buildup.

I don't really get the baby part though, hehe.
