Is there a way to hide all the icons on the desktop temporarily so I can look at my beautiful wallpaper and the wallpaper only? I'm using XP. Thanks.

delete ALL of the icons, haha. no, i duno, im stuck in the 50's with windows 98

right-click anywhere on your desktop, go to the "arrange icons by" submenu and uncheck "show desktop items" thats how it works for me
