protein intake and working out
does anybody know how the scale of protein intake goes according to your weight? I mean if your on a workout plan, i know you need to eat more protein but whats the correct amount to eat?
i eat alot of chicken breasts, egg whites and some tuna. but i'd like to know a like a concrete amount rather than just randomly eating protein.
