The Dreaming is the term used in Aboriginal Australian culture to refer to an individual's or group’s set of beliefs and spirituality, while the Dreamtime is the time before time, the Great Creation. In a spiritual sense this relates to the Dreamspell - the modern day interpretation of the Mayan calendar - which sees July 26 as the Mayan New Year.
This Dreamspell is understood as "An agreed upon belief system which creates a continuing state of consciousness". Many believe we are approaching the end of the Dreamspell of History, and shall now embark on the Dreamspell of Galactic Culture.
The last 25 years (1987-2012AD) of this Dreamspell are supposedly the harmonic convergence, or the global shift towards peace…

For NRG 6, The Dreaming, we celebrate all of these things.
The Dreaming, the beginning of all, and our spiritual heritage as Australians.
The Dreamspell, the beginning of new things, and our spiritual heritage as Earthlings.
And our collective dream, for a future without racial and economic persecution, and an humanity living in peace and harmony with our environment.
