OK these two songs are so alike, even tho they are not even related to each other.

Apollo Four Forty - Stop The Rock (Gigolo Stop the Jocks Mix)
Eye to Eye - Just Cant Get Enough (Lange Mix)

Am I hearing things or the "sekret" melody and the beat is EXACTLY the same (just edited a bit).

Attached is a sample with 28 seconds of each, first is Stop The Rock, then Just Can't Get Enough. My concern is do I have mislabeled tracks or is it the same artist under a different name or is it, for lack of a better word, one stole it from another one or just a coincidence?

P.S. Apollo Four Forty - Stop The Rock (Gigolo Stop the Jocks Mix) is from Tranceformer 2000 CD1

Eye to Eye - Just Cant Get Enough was originally a bootleg of Apollo Four Forty - Stop The Rock (Gigolo Stop the Jocks Mix) with the soulsearcher - Cant Get Enough lyrics over the top.
