I think he did it. First he denied having sex with her and then later he retracted that denial. It seems a bit suspicious if you ask me.

You would think she's lying since she could sue him for a shit load however I don't think Kobe assulted her. If it was Iverson i'd beleive it but Kobe, nah, he's a pretty boy.
