what the fuck? Where did you "see" this DVD? I ordered mine from HMV (locally) and they said it would be in on July 22nd. It still hasn't shown up yet (as of July 23rd). Now the HMV.ca site is saying August 12th. How the FUNK did you get this DVD and from where?

I think it's available for order on some european websites.. I orderd mine off amazon.com for 20USD including shipping..

EDIT: I think i'll cancel my order and order it off amazon.ca.. Comes to be somewhat cheaper. OK, I just preordered it off amazon.ca/hmv.ca.. comes to 22.40CAD including shipping.
