Ok its GG tomorrow as we all well know, but today i find out that Magnasoma could be coming down with the flu and im not feeling 100% myself. Please can we all wish him better so the guy can make it tomorrow.

Only one thing to do, OD on LemSip all day today. He'll be completely charged and will barely be able to move, but it should make him feel better for tommorow.

Went to Val D'isere snowboarding at the beginning of the year, a mate had the flu on the way there. He had far too many lemsips/paracetamol in the coach on the way and didn't know wot the fuk was going on. But the next day he was cured, and could enjoy a good week boarding in the french alps!

Anyway the best way to get round it, for at least a coupld of days is of course overload your body with lemsip etc. Also don't mope around feeling sad for yourself, do things that make you ahppy and lift your mood. It has been proved that being in a good move improves your chances of fighting disease. That also means eating chocolate, as its contains natural endorphins etc.

So the best way to let him recover is to plonk in front of a telly, cram lemsip down his throat mixed with chocolate, put on some porn, and get kate and anna to dance a jig round him to gouryella

did you hear about these babies being banned in the UK? Supposidly it can react with some other chemical in your body and produce morphine, think u need to take 3 or something....

flu is easily combatted with class a drugs.

i went to crasher for frays birthday with the worst flu ever (i couldnt even stand up in the que) but when i got in and necked a pill, the flu soon fucked off

another tip is to use paracetamol + ibuprofen together. they are different types of painkiller so they are ok to mix (+ the ibuprofen will help any gland swellage or throat stuff). i usually have 2 paracetamol and then an hour later 2 ibuprofen, repeating every 3 hours. alternatively get some codeine, now that is the fucking shit

When I had flu really badly a while back, I used to drink lemsip with a nice dosage of whisky and some sugar. Seemed to do the trick
