Anyone on here using the free web space from BT Broadband to host there tracks? if so ,How the hell do i do it it's doing my fookin head in now

This really is pretty easy ;-)

I assume you know about FTP, and have a working FTP client...

Connect to ftp.btopenworld.com using your BT username and your account password. Then upload.

Your username is the bit before the @ symbol in your connection details, e.g. if you use [email protected] then your username would be "example" (but without the quotes). You should know your account password too ;-)
