I'm 100% with the flash thing. It's rather rediculous how often it is used for websites. Although I must say it definetely has its uses (surprisingly .swf files are often very small if they are just using SVG's). One of the most irritating things about flash is it is impossible to know where you're being redirected (short of decompiling the .swf file which is kind of a pain) etc. Perhaps good from a webmaster perspective (eliminates deep-linking into a site) but it sucks from a user perspective (can't bookmark things within a .swf file).
