When I first got into trance there was Darude vs. Robert Miles - Children of the Sandstorm. I know it's cheese, but it was a very well produced track.

I don't usually like bootlegs but I found Katana vs Blue Amazon - Silent Rain Falls to be really well done, and I love the vocals of Vicky Webb from the original Blue Amazon track.
