I will surely be at the SF dinner, and, pending I can fit the money in the budget, will hopefully be in LA.

I think you misunderstand what I'm saying...can start on figuring out an exact place and get reservations for dinner since we know the dates.

A lot of the better places in SF have reservation lists that are booked weeks in advance for weekend nights.

yes i know but we have 2 months and we dont even know his schedule
so its not very efficent to do anything now
