I think im in the process of getting screwed on ebay . . . its been like a month and i havent seen any sign of my order. I also notice the seller is rackin up the bad feedback in the last few days - like 4 in the last week . . . what should I do? End date of the auction was Aug 3.

Personnaly, I never buy anything there, but I figure there MUST be some sort of protection, otherwise the place would be crawling with crooks..

Dont u have any info at all on the guy ? did u already send the check ? how much was it?

Yeah, there is protection . . . usually you only buy from people with positive feedback and no negatives . . . the chick I bought from had none till like a week ago . . . it was like $30, but the first time I've been shafted. Like I say, usually I only buy from legit sellers.

Well the guy would only have to change his name and screw somebody else....and a member with no feedback too.. nah there must be something more effeicient, unless there is a error in the shipment, this is totally criminal..

I guess there's always some risk involved in ebay. Personally I would never buy a high priced item on there unless I could be sure I was going to get it. Isn't there some way you can report people who are doing this?

There is a place to report, and you have to have legit information on your registration . . . all i know is that people buy cars on it without much trouble, and Ive heard of people buying the majority of their stuff on it . . . who knows, I'm gonna keep up the emails and see what the deal is . . Im guessing something happened, if all of the undelivered stuff is happening in the last week or two.

twice. once on a trigun box set, and another time on a magic knights rayearth box set. basically i learend to never bid on anything from someone who lives in china. if you're bidding on something from another country, you really have to ask the seller a lot of questions and make sure it's legitimate.
