I usually enjoy the MTV Music Video Awards but these ones lacked the excitement that other ones did. Is it just me or did the entire show feel like it was a movie/pre-recorded? Yes, I know it wasn't live but usually the MTV award shows have that live "feeling" to them.

exactly what i was thinking. i felt like i was watching a dvd of it, it was way to overproduced.

the only part i liked was for the best pop video when they had the cheese grater and stuff, it made me think of here
