Ok, this is the information that I have been able to found out (not sure if it's true). The artist is a member from trance.nu called Arcanus and the title is still unknown, but it's known as Fake Ligaya and yes the remixer is Airbase.

the producer of this track is a friend of mine.
He produced the track just before Gouryella - Ligaya was first ever broadcasted and named it to Ligaya. Everyone thought it was the new Gouryella tune.
There was a huge discussion about this tune over at trance.nu.
Some thought that he was lying but he proved that he was the producer when he made another twist to the track.
No its not Airbase behind this tune.
This will never get a release because he just produce tracks for fun and have produced loads of tunes and remixes. but none of them are released on any label.
