I heard it live many times at clubs this summer, but I have no idea what is the artist/title of this tune.

It goes a little like this:

there's a buildup with vocals sounding like

"s'aleeeyaa heyyy savana
heyy savanaa
heyy heyy"

and when the buildup ends, that kickass housey bassline comes in (superb).

Please help with IDing (it shouldn't be difficult as it's played everywhere I guess).

My first guess is
"Junior Jack - E Samba"

It's a housy tune played in clubs and the vocals you describe could match the ones in that track, certainly since we don't speak that language...
