Just got back from elevate and wanted to share my experience. Got there at nine to enjoy the as much as i could. At the begining my crew and i, stayed in one room where the dj was spinnin trance. It was tight, for an opening act, I can't remember the djs name though(sorry). At about 10:30 we went into the main room, where there was a very professional light and sound display. Seth and mac, who played an asome! tribal techno set, peformed for the good sized crowd. The next performer was dj Lmnts. He played some Nu Energy, a great set as well. The next to perform was Translucent who played a techno house set. Translucent also plays with a trumpet live in his sets, which i thought was cool. I had to leave early because i had to take some young ones home. I missed dj sage and her drum n bass set. This event rocked me and the others I was with.

Good to see I'm not the only one who went to this!~

Elevate was waaaay off the hook. Awesome vibe awesome tunes. Very little trance but I didn't expect that (yea dnb and breaks!). Phantom45 and Sage OWNED. Venue was tight ~ promoters kept the place mostly clean ~ security was great... but the number one thing about this party was this:

It did NOT get shut down!

Most of the TA's in the midwest prolly wouldn't consider going to a "rave" but with events like this where as a sober party person I felt way safe and surrounded by mostly sober people (more sober ppl than at pvd or tiesto in chi-town) who knew how to dance and have an awesome night - all ya'lls should come on out next time!

I also went to Elevate and I loved it. What a great venue and vibe. Seth + Mack were amazing. They are such cool people and I loved to see them perform.

Shit, you guys need to help me out here. I'm from Toronto but go to school at IPFW. There is absolutely nothing going on here and i'm already losing my mind. Anything happening in Indy? Whats the trance scene like over there? lemme know, pls
