DNA - Scary Sarge (Hard House)

Hows it going everyone?!

Finally finished a new track, a hard house track compared to my last dark trance track. I'm actually pretty happy with the end product. Its definately not signing material but a couple of people have told me to take it to a local record label because they might actually be interested in signing it for a shitty deal like giving me 100free copies of it as payment to see how it goes...but they get rights to it which sux.

Anyway, here it is:

DNA - Scary Sarge (About 5-6mb 128bit, ignore the file name)

Any comments appreciated, anyone else think this track might deserve more than 100 free vinyls?

I quite like this! Theres some ace ideas, especially the main synth! and the bassline is tres phat!
My only criticism would be that it doesnt sound "full" enough. Maybe there needs to be something else there, a driving force so to speak.
Keep working though m8

The lead melody is kinda catchy..

Some points it feels like the track is lacking something. Maybe bit more percussion or something else.

Awesome, thanks for the help!

Theres plenty of layers of percussion in it..I'll go back to the drawing board and see how I can make it a bit fatter. Thanks for the help!

is there any other feedback?

someone gave me some advice to increase the reverb and also play with the eq's a bit to clean it up, anyone else agree?

The levels need working on. Bass seems too loud in comparison to the percs and melody, it’s really stealing the focus completely away from everything else.
