Nobody has an exact date, but stores and suppliers are boasting about availability in mid to late August. It looks to be a wikid mixer!! but I'm quite happy with my VMX300 just fine!!

I just bought one of these yesterday! I LOVE IT!
I had a DJM300s before (paid $279 for it new) and this is
way better IMHO.
I bought the 300 for $165 at local store. He even threw in a copy of Dirty Sticky Floor
Just feels better and smoother.

The VMX300 is made quite sturdy!... some of the knobs are looser than others, but it's no real performance problem. The sliders all have replaceable handles and the VU meters are great! The BPM counters however as usual are useless. For some reason Behringer just hasn't made that a solid feature yet. But it's an incredible mixer for the price. I'll be very happy with it for quite a while!!
anyone know how the quality compares to a djm 500 or 600??

The BIGGEST problem with this mixer (A HUGE OVERSIGHT ON PART OF BEHRINGER) is that you can not have more than 2 channels in the mix at once. There is NO 'thru' crossfader option! Only 1 channel selectable per A & B..... What's the point on having 4 channels??
