Sweden has always been a very open and free country, body guards are very uncommon (as far as i know, only the king with family, and the prime minister have body guards)... I really hope that this does not change things, and that Sweden remains as "laid back" as it has always been.

she was a great, woman, minister, politician... i really feel sorry for her and everthing she stands for! this is a black day for the open democratic socity of sweden

they said on CNN that it might have to do with her wanting to adopt the Euro for the swedish currency.

i'm pretty sure it is... but the no side has a big lead in all polls so far so this would be a very stupid thing to do for a no supporter... a stupid thing to do for a whatever supporter you are....
