so theres this kid i know. nice guy. kinda weird and out there one of those people that "doen't always get it."

anyway, so he wants to have a party about a week ago and approaches me because he wants me to buy the alcohol for it.

i'm like ehhhhhh, i'll do it cuz i'm a nice guy.

so we go to the liquor store, i buy for him and get myself a small bottle of cognac (only 10 dollars).

I was going to offer to pay him back for it (he gave me all the money to buy the stuff), but before I even get the chance say anything about it he tells me (nicely) to hit him back for it.


Now i was gonna offer to pay for it to be polite, but in all common courtesy, he should be buying it for me cuz i'm the one who goes out of my fucking way to buy for the kid. its common courtesy. You don't ask someone to do a favor for you and not hit them back for it. especially someone your not that great of friends with.

now it if were like a 20 dollar bottle of something, i can understand him wanting me to pay him back.

but anyway, i wasn't able to pay for it at the time cuz all i had was 20's and he didn't have any change.

so i tell him i'll pay him back later.

now he IM's me and tells me to bring 10 dollars to class tomorow (a class which i droped) once i remind him, he;s like "oh can you paypal it to me"

ha, i'm not fucking paypaling money (i'm not even signed up for it, and if i was it doesn't matter) for 10 bones for something so simple.

anyway, its just annoying. whenever you ask someone to buy for you, you buy something for them. common courtesy.

or maybe i'm just a cheapskate.

whenever people bought for me, i always offered to buy them something or offer them some money before we even went.
