I'm freakin' out becuz my one nipple ring is tearing my nipple.
I got them done in like June, I've taken extremely good care of them and they've been healing nicely up until now...
The other day it just started bleeding...
I didn't know why, but the day following, it bled some more and I noticed a crack and the ring starting to shift downward.
I don't know what to do!
I don't wanna take it out! there's no way in hell!

That Sux. You may have to take it out b/c it could be a sudden infection. Let it heal, and then get it pierced all over again. Which would essentially suck even more. But, you should definitely go see a phscyian first tho.

Actually, if I'm understanding you correctly, this is called migration. The body is essentially rejecting this foreign material that has been introduced, and its only way to do that is to slowly force the object out of the skin. This is much the same as when you have a sliver that you can't get out right away. Eventually, the body will force it towards the surface of the skin (and if left long enough, out of the body). My suggestion would be to take it out immediately. You will save yourself a lot pain later on....take it from a guy that has or has had his eyebrow x2, tongue, and labret all pierced. One of my eyebrow piercings began to migrate after around a month to 6 weeks....
