Motivation Vs Beer = FAT

Ok i always feel tired, 24/7 , i try sleeping early but i can never go to sleep i work 40 hours a week sat on my ass, fri,sat comes i drink booze eat pizza and burgers i drink lots of booze, i really need to do some exercise but i love eating and drinking too much, like whats the point in running when 4 hours later your gonna drink and socialise, i could give you booze but its very unlikely , right now i feel like sleeping but i just cant !! trance is the only thing that gets me motivated but i know that if i do a workout for an hour ill be even more tired, i was 12 stone last year now im 13, i need to loose a stone quick , personally i hate exercise id rather eat a big mac, wtf are you suppose to do ?? whats the best exercise to do ?

if you can get ahold of some clenbuterol its one of the best fat burners out there. do some research on it. of course youll have to do some cardio but i promise youll drop some weight.

Just wondering... what's your BMI?

Here's a BMI Calculator, in case you're lazy

Walk 2-3 miles every other day. It doesn't take a lot of motivation, and you can listen to music while you do it, or coerce friends to come with to make it seem less boring/tiring. Also, cut all carbonated drinks out of your diet, try and drink only water, maybe some juice in the morning. If now you rely heavily on soft drinks, and you change to an only-water diet, you will lose 5-10 pounds depending on how heavy you are (No idea what 13 stones converts to pounds)

i typically drink 12-20 beers a night. I work out every day for an hour. maybe one time a week ill indulge and eat something shitty. I run 3-4 times a week. right now im at 5% body fat. when I dont do any running it jumps up to about 8-11%.

anyways, once you get healthy you dont want to eat that stuff that bad anyways, and the 1-2 times a month that you actually do dont hurt anything.

its called a holistic approach my friend, change not 1 thing like an eating habit, gotta change a whole lot of stuff.

*edit* Ive dropped it to a 3-4 beers a night, to further increase protein gain. alcohol tends to dissolve shit hehe. I gained 10 lbs woot! im the heaviest ive ever been, only 10 more to go!

I like epehdra free metabolife (2 in the morning) and dont take any during the rest of the day. I eat an apple and 2 Mets for breakfast and im solid all day long, full of energy.

plus look up the glycemic index. food thats hard to digest will drain energy from you, also insulin rushes will drain you of energy. If you eat constantly, drained of energy. your intestinal track is HUGE, give it a rest for a bit, and let your body get some of the energy

also laziness is a habit, you feel low on energy cuz you dont do shit, and unfortunately it isnt the other way around. go on a run even though you dont FEEL like it, and eventually even when you dont want to run, youll feel like it, YOU have to make the habit though, your body only reacts to your input, so far as it can see, it knows you are perfectly content to sit on your ass and eat cheeseburgers all day

That's the killer right there... as long as you have that attitude, you're never going to drop an ounce, let alone a stone.

I don't recommend drugs, personally, even though CB has no *KNOWN* side effects...

Most of the other advice here is good, though. Unfortunately, there's just no substitute for willpower, you'll have to put in at least a half hour a day of cardio (longer if you're doing mild cardio, like walking), and cut out the greasy foods and beer (what you actually want to cut out are the carbohydrates, like bread, grains, sugar, etc., and if you must get drunk, then I believe that most hard liquor has less carbs than beer).

Good luck!

yeah ^^ two other things, COMPLEX carbs like white pastas, bagels, and pastries are instant death, and the alcohol molecule by itself is carbon, oxygen, and hydrogen...carb, O, Hydrate! hard alcohol shots contain about 50 calories a shot, while beers range from Ultra lights at 90 to 250 for stouts and porters.

^ it used to be 20-30, yeah i was a little addicted, so i stopped lol.

plus the ONLY WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT is to burn MORE calories than you consume a day. the difference is between health and fitness. fitness says you arent fat and have lots of lean muscle mass, get that by work out + burn more than consume. So you can eat 1 cheeseburger , but thats all you get for the whole day, youll lose weight, look better, but youre arteries will get clogged, and youll be missing nurtrients.

gotta go to church, ill be back hehe
