Thanks for replies and your attention guys.

Yes we record that set as a back-to-back set.
Since armada has more techy sound and I have more tribal sound we decided to combined them together and we were just currious see what will happend!!!!

armada:
01. Everywoman - The Test (Intro) [Sun Generation Italy]
mecha:
02. Unknown - Unknown [Low Pressings Promo]
03. Thomas Penton - Dirty Sanchez 2003 (Austin Leeds
Unreleased Dark Exit Remix) [Pure Music Limited]
armada:
04. Fluke - Switch (Marco Bellini Remix) [One Little Indian]
05. Tristan - Plein Soleil [Wild Life]
mecha:
06. Unknown - Unknown [Alternative Route Promo]
07. Dweed - Who Needs N.M.E.'s [Four:Twenty]
armada:
08. Alexander Kowalski - Lock Me Up [Kanzleramt]
09. DJ Flex - Amazing (Antoine Clamaran Hard Bass Remix) [Subliminal]
mecha:
10. Clubber - On the Music [Royal Flush Label] vs.
FSK18 feat. Saskia - Ejakulat (Accapella) (armeks reedit)

We will try to record at least one mix a months and we will share it with you.

Also for those who have an access to tribal ftp. Please look under armek folder for our earlier mixes.

Thumbs up

my constructive criticism:

the Ugly: The set itself has some amazing tracks, but I just wasn't feeling a direction at all in the mix. I felt like from the beginning the set went in 5 different directions, and in the end gave me something I not only wasn't expecting, but didn't care for. (in particular you guys scratch the bottom end of house, the type that makes my stomach hurt, in a bad way)

This is obviously because you guys shared the duties and you can so tell the different taste in records. I don't feel like you guys compliment each other at all. I thought you sped up/slowed down the energy like 9 times. I prefer the whole cliche story telling of up up up up up down.

AND there were a few botchy mixes. Don't mind the dj's ear, he hears everything.

the Good:I can only pick on you two because I know how fucking brilliant you guys are, so I expect the best. You can't expect nothing else from a t.a. So don't mind my chews.

You guys have a very good ear for original vocals, nice. I thought a few tracks in particular were fucking huge, the tribal ones are way up my alley. I'm pretty sure they're yours Mecha, the low pressing promo in particular. A few of them I could tell had my name all over them.

I'm looking forward to the next mix.

Jon

Hey Jon
Thats for all of your comments.
I totally agree about that we have to speed up and slow down some tracks just as you know it was pretty hard for us to match more tribal sound with techy. As you know there's a big BPM differences but we managed to do it.

I promise to you that next mix we will try to keep energy level up.
I agree we went from slow tuned to upeer and back to low.

But again we have tried to compose a mix that best describe ourselves. I guess that how we felt at the moment.

Thanks for the great and fair comment Jon

cheers our progressive monarch
