I just bought like 6 records from PlanetX yesterday. They have a nice selection. UKDancerecords is also nice and very fast, I get my record within a week of ordering. (I live in the U.S) And they get new shit every week.

I've yet to find a North American based online store with decent selection and easy navigation. Most of them downright suck.
The best balance between selection, shipping, and convenience that I've used has been Chemical Records. Juno has a better selection than Chemical, but their shipping to the US is way more expensive.
