I think you can get Mixmag in the US, however, it's very expensive in my opinion. If you buy one off a magazine rack, it'll probably have a few subscription cards in it.

In regards to that cover....Oh snap! I love it how Mixmag always refers to PvD with God-like reverence. Awesome cover.
