i work construction during the summer and go to school during the year currently studying my first year in computer science at carleton university. since i never introduced myself before, i guess ill do it here... i'm 19, came to canada from poland when i was 4. i never was a fan of any particular type of music until around 1994 (brit pop invasion). i enjoyed radiohead and blur a lot, but besides that, this was also the time of alternative music which i hate to this day. lucky for me, a family friend in his 40's introduced me to techno and house from mixtapes and cd's he brought from uk in around 98 i guess. took very little time for me to realize that i dislike techno, but house was good so i looked for other types of electronic music... and then trance came along surprisingly though, because of trance i am more open to new types of music, like hiphop, underground hiphop, triphop, house and even a little bit of rock...alternative still and always will suck though.heh

I am 24, graduted last decembre from university in Soft eng. at UQAM. Now I am working as a Network and soon Security Analyst in the govt. My second and favorite job is filming and editing Aria videos I just love it I also take pictures of the clubs and events. lately i started a new site about the scene, I hope it will take off and be a succes

Musically speaking, I used to like hiphop at the beginning of the 90s while rock and grunge were strong. Then I switched to dance music (hard to define at that moment) when everyone picked on hiphop and it became alot more commercial and crappy, now I hate it. Then I was hooked on House and trance, now I am more into techno. My feeling is that i am slowly drifting toward prog... but hey only time will tell

My name is Alexander D.R. Todd, I'm 22, both my parents are scottish, I was born here. My loves in life are , Trance, James Bond (pusshy galorrre, I mushed be dreaming) oh yah! Jackie Chan, Sharks, and Dj'ing

I'm in 2nd year at Carleton, just switched programs to env science.

I first got into the scene when my friend picked up a random cd from HMV, cuz he wanted to talk to the cashier, anyways, I listened to it and it was Tranceport 1, not a bad start, since then i've been to Sona, Aria, Bal en Blanc, Stereo, The Guvernment and Surface amongst some of the bigger clubs this side of Canada. Still wanna hit the Dag and system soundbar sometime.

i'm 20 and i live in montreal since august 2000 , went to college (and hated that shitty place like hell) and graduated in summer 2001. now i go to UQAM where i do a bachelor in business administration , i started in september 2001 but after a couple of weeks i realized i wasn't at all motivated to study or do any other shit in my life , i realised i was depressing so my parents and i decided i should take a break (1 year off) where i could travel and work. i went and spent some time in morocco then i came back here and wandered around for some moments till july where i started working for videotron as a CSR (internet department) , got fired in october for flushing customers on the phone ( they deserved it bastards) , and then i went to morocco again to spend some time in there before going back to university. january 2003 back to school , i didn't do well in the winter semester so now i'm on probation and i better study my ass off this session , right before starting the fall semester i worked as a survey agent for a bank and travelled to morocco (again and again gotta love that country total respect) this is the lame story from me

Fresh from highschool going to john abbott college right now in computer science program. I like to produce and Im pretty sure I like to DJ but I need a mixer before I can actually do it. First time at Aria was PVD and from that day I was officially addicted to the scene and I currently love techno/electroish stuff.

Hellllllo All, I'm Jonathan Ashton, 17 years old, currently attending Dawson College in Business Administration. I love the school life but homework is a bitch and I get fed up easily. I have always liked Electronic music, even as a kid (6 years old)I use to find myself recording "Bouge De La" off Musique Plus and dancing the next day to all the dance songs. Then when I got into highschool I sorta got involved into the Rock/Rap Industry but still I never abandoned the electronic section. I just denied listening to it. But then later my love was rekindled and I was a full blown trance addict...infecting everyone @ school whether they liked it or not. It really pisses me off when people say that what "we" listen to isn't music...its just the same thing over and over. The other nite I snapped on one of my friends. My first nite @ aria was when PVD came on April 17th...What a sick nite...I'll never forget it ever. DJ Nacht was there, Psy Trancer, along with all the other mofos it was greatness.

Till next time!
