Star Ocean 2, for the fact it could be more than 50, reflecting everything u did, all dialogs/answers, and the party members u got on the course of the game.
Same for Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross, that had many diferent (some very interesting) endings.
Grandia's ending is cool too.

I enjoyed the ending of FinalFantasy 2 and 3 (US). The last game i finished that I can remember is Conker's BFD and the ending is the same as the beginning

Well, I haven't really played that many games...but I absolutely love Metal Gear Solid's ending. From the moment the final cutscene starts, to the very very end, is just fuckin awesome. Very well constructed ending.

Mmmmm...Mafia did it for me. That game was a fucken epic, probably the most detailed storyline in a game I've ever seen. The last mission and epilogue are wicked, daaaammmnn...when i think about it, i wish i could play that game for the first time again
