Depends on how the patch was constructed. If the LFO's (or other parameters) are set up to be synced to the sequencer, there will be no problems. But not every preset in Absynth is constructed that way (blame the people that made them), as some use free runnning LFO's. If you want to sync up those sounds to your tunes, you'll have to change the presets.
As for latency, it only matters with live input. If you already have the notes laid out in the sequencer, there will be no latency at all.
But latency is only felt (or worse heard) when you tweak or play your music live (so with a controller). With high latencies, when you play notes on your controller (or tweak knobs), it will seem like it's not reacting immediately. Even with VST instruments, as you play over MIDI to control them.
To reduce latency, try to use the latest drivers possible (prefer ASIO if available). Then reduce hardware buffers, until you start to hear artifacts, then crank it up to the last useable value (you might have to increase buffers on heavy tunes, because low latencies stress your computer more).
