Liquified celebrate 9 years in style at Atlanta's largest Halloween event with a special anniversary DJ set from....


THE CRYSTAL METHOD (dj set / Ultra, Los Angeles)

The Crystal Method's Ken Jordan and Scott Kirkland helped
re-establishAmerica's place on the dance music map with
the acclaimed 1994 City of Angels single "Now Is the Time,"
which married samples and sound bites withpulsing
breakbeats and electronically generated hooks. Together
Ken Jordanand Scott Kirkland steer their custom vehicle of
electronic music into riffsof futuristic rock 'n' roll. Taking
the elements associated with the U.K.'s big beat generation,
the Crystal Method enhances this style of stomping funkwith
a pinch of American spice. The two first worked together
as DJs in their hometown of Las Vegas, but it was a move
to Los Angeles that precipitated the band's surge to the
forefront of America's burgeoning electronic dance movement.
