don't know about cool edit, but it's really simple in soundforge. you should know the original bpm of the acapella first though

You can do it in cooledit in quite easily, but if you stretch/shrink it too much (without pitch adjustment) then it will start to sound shitty. It's in the effects menu.

Cool edit also has some features to timestretch the sound, just look in the menu under effects, and then time/stretch. With the stretch command you can alter the speed of the sound, without changing the pitch --> timestretching.

Just calculate how long the sample is right now and how long you want it to be in your song. For example, if the song is 4 bars just calculate how much time 4 bars take. Than calculate the percentage (if your good in math I'm sure you know how) and use this in Cooledit.

You can also do other things to timestretch the sample, for example using zero x beat slicer in Fruity Studio. This loads up the sample automatically and fits it into the song, without the need for calculations. Don't know if this will work for a vocal though.
You can also use a sampler like Kontakt, which has a special function called "time" which will let you timestretch the vocal in real time. I always use this option.

good luck!

Uhhhh a straight up timeshrink from 86bpms to 130bpms is going to sound like shit. I'd suggest cutting the vocal up and reconstructing it in your track.

there's no way that acapella is 86 bpm, just find out the bpm of the original if it sounds like the vocals are the same speed as your acapella
