Only Deep Dish I know of are US House producers (on Slip 'n' Slide).

There's two of them, Ali 'Dubfire' Shirazinia and Sharam Tayebi and they certainly don't spin Trance!

Jester Deep Dish

Deep Dish are 2 Djs as someone said in a previous post. They are originally from Washington D.C., they are from the middle east or an area near there. I went to see them live IN DC at Nation/Buzz, now they do not spin trance, but they spin DEEP house. It is an interesting style and I think is really worth checking out. It expands your musical taste and there are some songs which are really good. Check out ---> Dido - Thank You (Deep Dish Remix), the repeating bass loop is very catchy, I love that song. But definitely go check them out, it probably won't be your regular night out at the club listening to trance, but it's worthing learning the style!!

Deep Dish are two Iranians, yes... and they are a part of Yoshitoshi Artists\Recordings.

They've been around a good period of time and have released a number of albums and compilations. The Yoshiesque Album from 1999 is the one most people have probably heard. Since then, they have released a Renaissance Ibiza Album, and just this month (or last) Yoshiesque Two!

First time I heard the Yoshiesque album was in a friends car on our way to one of the clubs I play in, on a Friday evening...

...Oh My #¤%&! That's gotta be some of the grooviest stuff I've ever heard! It's really funky house, or a mixture of that and deep house and 'light' tribal...highly recommended, if you like that sort of music. The crowd can go wild!

Thumbs up acquired taste

I like these boys actually, for a while I called them Sleepy Fish. hahah Ok that was lame. Anyways, after a while I began to appreciate their music, one thing which did it for me was listening to them on a real sound system. (seeing them live helped too).

They have a new remix of a delerium song, I have the vinyl, excellent, features remixes by Deep Dish and Tiesto. And...I hate to say it but I play the Deep Dish one, sooo original. Great track.

Saw deep dish in montreal at connected this year. montreal is just so much hard house that every DJ that spins there ends up playing to the crown. i didn't like the set but that's me, too much house in Montreal. Especially 514.
