when the call is for Objectionable conduct, its something like if the player starts more than a yard behind where he leaps from, and enters with speed and comes down on a player(it doesnt say opposing) the call is leaping.
Im trying to find the official NFL rulebook to quote it, but cant find the damn thing onilne!
